For chef standard, we recommend making a spice paste by combining 3 Tbs of the Choma bbq spice with 2 tbsp of cooking oil, marinate your meat, cover it and place it in the fridge for about 1 to 24 hours. When ready to cook, remove the meat from the fridge and allow it to acclimate to room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes. Grill it or bake in the oven at 350°F for 1 to 1 ½ hours, depending on the meat. This recipe is enough to prepare 2 lbs of your favorite meat.
