SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. That is why we ensure every
order that leaves our store is checked thoroughly before finding its way to you. Our
products are hand crafted and of highest quality; but, if you are not satisfied for any
reason, we will always be happy to rectify the situation.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping rates are weight-based, and the weight of any item can be found on its
detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be
rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping time: Usually between 3 and 10 business days depending on destination

OUR RETURNS POLICY
We are confidently you will enjoy our spices but for any reason you are not, we can
accept back new and unopened items within 30 days of order. We will give you a full
refund minus shipping and handling, and if the issue was our fault, we will pay for
shipping back the product.

To return your product, contact us at info@mizizifoods.com and will guide you way
forward.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.

Once a returned item has been received, it will be inspected, and a refund will be issued
within four weeks of receipt.
