Our recommendation: Bring ½ tsp of Chai Spice, a cup of water and ¼ tsp of tea leaves OR tea bag to boil. Let Sit for 1 minute then pour into a cup through a strainer. Add sugar, honey or whip cream for a sweet taste. Add milk to make Chai Latte. Serve hot or cold.
