Mixed spices as suggested by the name is a blend of spices and herbs giving your favorite meal that distinct rich flavor. To use it, add 4 tbsp of your favorite cooking oil to a skillet and heat it over medium heat, add chopped onions stir until it caramelizes, add tomatoes, optional (garlic and ginger paste) and cook for 3 minutes, add cubed meat and brown it.
