Mizizi Uji flour is a combination of nutritious grains which have been ground to best fit the Soul Drink consistency .The main ingredients in making uji are flour, water and preferred sweetener (sugar or honey) which are all put together in a pot and stirred on medium high heat for about 10 minutes.
