BBQ Choma Meat
2.5 lbs. Meat
1 tbsp. liquid oil
3 tbsps. Choma Bbq Spice
1/2 tsp salt
1. In a large bowl, combine Choma Bbq spice with liquid oil to make a paste.
2. Add your meat to the bowl then mix with the paste. Allow to sit for 1hr at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
3. Roast on the Grill or Oven at (375°F or 190°C) for about 18-20 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
4. Serve with salad, salsa, cooked vegetable or carbohydrate of your choice.
