Mizizi Meat Wet fry

2.5 lbs. Cubed Meat
2 tbsps. Vegetable oil
1 cup chopped Onion
1 medium Jalepeno
1 green bell pepper
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tbsps. ginger paste
2 cups Tomatoes
2 tbsps. Mizizi Magic Spice
1 tsp Salt (optional)
1/2 cup Cilantro for garnish
Uses- Enrich flavor, seasoning, roast vegetables, marinate


1. Stove top
2. Heat oil on a skillet
3. Add ½ cup onion and cook until caramelized
4. Add ginger, garlic and Jalapeño and cook for a minute
5. Add Magic Spice and cook until you smell the spice aroma (approx. 1 minute)
6. Add the meat and mix it well and cook covered at medium low for 15 minutes
7. Add enough water to cover the meat and cook covered on low for 45 minutes
8. Uncover and most of the water have dried out, add remaining onions
9. Cook covered for 3 minutes
10. Add tomatoes, cook covered on low for 5 minutes
11. Add green bell pepper, cook uncovered for 3 minute
12. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.

Serve with your choice of carbohydrate or vegetables.
